Florida’s largest indoor pickleball facility!
Florida Metal Building Services LLC is leading the way with the newest and Florida’s largest indoor pickleball facility at The Villages! (Read the full article at Villages-News!)
- The 40,000-square-foot structure will be climate-controlled and will house 16 indoor pickleball courts.
- Amenities: In addition to the courts, there will be two covered outdoor courts and two bocce ball courts. The second floor will feature a 3,667-square-foot lounge, a pro shop, and a café.
- Mezzanine: The second-floor mezzanine will provide a viewing area of the courts below, along with offices, conference rooms, and storage.
- Completion Date: Construction began in November and is expected to be completed by late 2024.
It’s great to see such a fantastic project taking shape in The Villages!
