Joe is an experienced professional in the construction management industry with a career spanning over three decades. His journey began as a Site Supervisor at Half Moon Bay Condominiums in Croton on Hudson, NY, where he served from 1990 to 1995. His leadership skills and expertise in overseeing complex construction projects were evident during his tenure.
In 1995, Joe took a significant step in his career by becoming the Co-owner and Vice President of Tartaglione Consultants Corp. in Peekskill, NY. For thirteen years, he specialized in construction management with a focus on pre-engineered structures, contributing to the company’s growth and reputation in the industry. Joe’s commitment to excellence and innovation led him to serve on the American Buildings Presidential Advisory Council from 2004 to 2006, where he provided valuable insights and guidance on various construction initiatives.
His extensive experience and knowledge in the field were further recognized when he joined American Buildings Company as a District Manager in 2008. Covering the North Florida and South Georgia territory, Joe’s exceptional sales and management skills earned him the prestigious title of Salesperson of the Year for the ABC South Division in 2017.
