Will Poole
Will played a key role in planning and completing numerous large demolition, abatement, sitework, and restoration projects that rebuilt significant portions of the Connecticut Shoreline. He also has extensive experience in the metal building industry and civil land development in Florida, working alongside some of the largest international design and construction firms.
Mr. Poole graduated at the top of his class, earning NOCTI certification in computer-aided drafting and design, as well as certification as a Construction Manager and OSHA certification as a Representative for job site and safety planning. He has experience across multiple sectors, including government, institutional, commercial, hospital, industrial, self-storage, office, warehouse, and retail projects.
As our lead Project Manager, Will manages all permitting, scheduling, and final buyout of projects. He collaborates closely with the company’s senior management, administrative staff, accounting, material suppliers, governmental agencies, and subcontractors to streamline the design-permitting-construction process. Additionally, Will works with the sales and estimating departments to coordinate and complete client proposals.
